All papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) submission system.

Authors are requested to upload their manuscripts through the official Microsoft CMT submission portal before the submission deadline.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided free of charge by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as software development and support.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
  • Each registration is valid for one accepted paper only.
  • Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions and conference materials.
  • Papers exceeding six pages will incur additional page charges.
  • Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • Authors are requested to complete registration before the camera-ready submission deadline.
  • Student registrations require a valid student identity card.
  • All accepted papers must be presented during the conference.
