REFUND POLICY

MASAC 2027 follows a strict refund policy for conference registrations and related payments. Participants are advised to carefully review all registration information before making payment.

Registration Fees

• Registration fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
• Registration cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
• Failure to attend the conference does not qualify for a refund.
• Visa rejection, travel restrictions, personal commitments, medical issues, or scheduling conflicts are not grounds for refund.

Duplicate or Excess Payments

• If a participant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
• Processing of approved refunds may take up to 15 working days.
• Bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted where applicable.

Conference Cancellation or Rescheduling

• The conference organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, convert to virtual mode, or modify the conference format due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, registrations may be transferred to the revised event schedule.
• Refund decisions under such circumstances will be determined solely by the organizing committee.

Refund Request Procedure

Any refund request related to duplicate payments or billing errors must be submitted through email along with payment proof and transaction details.
