PAYMENT POLICY

The registration fee for MASAC 2027 must be paid only through the approved payment methods communicated by the conference organizing committee. Registration will be considered complete only after successful verification of payment.

Author Registration & Payment

• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration before the registration deadline.
• Each registration is valid for one accepted paper only unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
• Registration fees are applicable according to the category selected during registration.
• Authors are advised to keep proof of payment until the conference concludes.
• Registration confirmation will be sent only after payment verification.

• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment Gateway (if available)
• Institutional Transfer (where applicable)

Physical Mode Registration

Physical registration includes access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, conference proceedings, conference kit, refreshments, networking opportunities and participation certificates.

Online Mode Registration

Online registration includes access to virtual sessions, online paper presentation opportunities and electronic participation certificates, subject to conference guidelines.

Payment Verification

• Participants must provide accurate payment details during registration.
• Incorrect transaction references may delay confirmation.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional proof of payment if required.
