PUBLICATION POLICY

MASAC 2027 is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, originality and research quality. Authors submitting papers to the conference must comply with the publication requirements and ethical standards outlined below.

Originality of Submission

  • Submitted papers must represent original and unpublished research work.
  • Papers under consideration elsewhere for publication should not be submitted to MASAC 2027.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality and authenticity of their work.
  • Any form of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submission or research misconduct may result in rejection.

Peer Review Process

  • All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical quality, relevance and clarity.
  • Reviewer decisions and recommendations are considered final for the conference review process.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that fail to meet publication standards.

Camera Ready Submission

  • Authors of accepted papers must submit a camera-ready version incorporating reviewer comments.
  • Camera-ready papers must strictly follow the prescribed formatting guidelines.
  • Failure to submit the final version before the deadline may result in exclusion from the proceedings.

Presentation Requirement

  • At least one author must register and present the accepted paper during the conference.
  • Papers not presented at the conference may be excluded from publication consideration.
  • Authors should follow all presentation guidelines communicated by the organizers.

Publication & Indexing Disclaimer

  • Accepted papers may be submitted for publication through the conference publication partner subject to compliance with all publisher requirements.
  • Final acceptance for publication rests with the publisher and not solely with the conference organizers.
  • The conference does not guarantee indexing by any specific indexing database or abstracting service.
  • Indexing decisions are independently made by the respective indexing agencies.
  • Publication timelines may vary depending on publisher review and processing schedules.

Copyright & Permissions

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted content, figures, tables, images or datasets included in their paper.
  • Proper citation and acknowledgement must be provided wherever required.
  • Any copyright infringement issues remain the responsibility of the authors.

Ethics & Research Integrity

  • Authors must adhere to accepted ethical standards in research and publication.
  • Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.
  • Any detected violation may result in paper withdrawal, publication cancellation or notification to relevant institutions.
